Wedding Venue Site Preparation & Land Restoration

After a five-acre clearcut, this property was left with heavy overgrowth, large stumps, and dense brush that made the land unusable. Our client’s vision was to reclaim the property and transform it into a clean, level, and functional space suitable for a future wedding venue, open lawn areas, and safe, usable ground for everyday enjoyment and dogs.

A & D Excavation completed extensive land clearing, including removal of stumps, brush piles, and remaining debris, followed by rough grading and final leveling to restore the natural flow and usability of the property. We reshaped the terrain to create wide, open, level areas while maintaining the surrounding landscape and forested views.

The result is a dramatically transformed property—once overgrown and uneven, now a blank canvas ready for events, landscaping, and long-term use, with improved accessibility, drainage, and visual appeal.
