This project involved the complete removal of approximately 150 feet of overgrown laurel hedge, including all roots and underground growth, to ensure long-term stability and prevent regrowth. Once cleared, we performed extensive excavation to prepare the site for a 40’ x 50’ concrete slab and concrete retaining wall installation.

The property was then re-shaped and re-graded to improve drainage, usability, and overall layout, creating a clean, level foundation for future construction and landscaping. The end result is a dramatically transformed property with a strong structural base and a layout designed for long-term functionality and visual appeal.
